Room for the whole production

The Grand Lady gives your production four looks on one property: a restored 1881 mansion, a bright modern reception hall, a half-acre flower farm and 20 acres of oak trees. We're in Manor, about 25 minutes east of downtown Austin, so your crew spends the day shooting, not driving between locations.

Park 75 to 100 vehicles on site, crew cars and production trucks included. The 3,400 sq ft hall is open and climate-controlled, with floor-to-ceiling windows: build a set in it, or use it for basecamp and catering. Long rental days, multi-day shoots, and time to prep and wrap are all welcome.
