How long do we get to use the venue?

  • We offer a full 14-hour rental period for our Friday-Sunday events & 12-hour rental period for Monday-Thursday events.

How many guests does The Grand Lady accommodate?

  • The Grand Ladycan hosts weddings & events for up to 250 people. We have different packages that cater to different-sized weddings.
    • The Event Hall can hold 200 seated guests with a band and 250 seated guests with a DJ.
    • The Ceremony Lawn can seat 250+ guests

Where is The Grand Lady located?

  • The Grand Lady is located at 19704 Hogeye Road, Manor, Tx 78653. We are about 20 minutes east from downtown Austin near the Tesla factory.

How do I reserve my date?

How much does it cost to book The Grand Lady?

  • Rates range from $4,000 - $14,500 and vary by day of week and season. Inquire with us to see available dates. (inquire)

How do I reserve my date?

  • To reserve your date, you must sign our rental agreement and put down a 50% deposit and your bar deposit. You can put a soft hold on a date once you’ve toured the property.

Whats included in the rate?

  • Included in your rate is:
    • (30) 60in round tables
    • (30) - 72in long tables
    • (250) white outdoor chairs
    • (250) wooden bentwood indoor chairs
    • (5) cocktail tables
    • (2) large white bar fronts
    • 12-14 hour rental
    • Private access to the entire property including the garden
    • Outdoor ceremony lawn and courtyard
    • 8 room mansion for getting ready
    • 3400 square foot climate controlled event hall

How long do we get to use the venue?

  • We offer couples a full 12-14 hour rental.

What is the payment plan?

  • 50% deposit of the rental fee + alcohol deposit + taxes/service fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% + Tax + alcohol fee + $1000 security fee is due 30 days prior to your event.

What happens if i have to cancel my event due to a natural disaster or some other event?

  • Deposits are non-refundable. We highly encourage you to purchase wedding insurance to protect against losing your deposit for unforeseen reasons.

Do you offer any rentals?

  • Yes! We are building out our in house rental catalogue that will feature inventory that feels like it belongs at The Grand Lady. There are no delivery fees or drop off/pick up logistics you have deal with - just tell us what you’d like and we will have it ready for you!

Where is The Grand Lady located?

  • The Grand Lady is located at 19704 Hogeye Road, Manor, Tx 78653. We are about 20 minutes east from downtown Austin near the Tesla factory.

Do you have indoor and outdoor options available?

  • Yes! We have a number of indoor and outdoor venues to choose from. Our Historic mansion pairs perfectly with our reception hall and is one of the newest modern wedding venues in Austin. Our ceremony lawn is perfectly manicured and surrounded by oak trees. We have a few couryards that are perfect for outdoor cocktail hour. Lastly, our flower farm is tucked in the back and feels like a secret garden, perfect for all your garden wedding venue vibes!

Is there a rain plan?

  • Yes - we got you covered. We have a retractable rain awning over the courtyard near the reception hall. You can decide whether you want to use it at any point.

Is The Grand Lady ADA Accessible?

  • Yes, our property and bathrooms are ADA accessible.

What is the parking and transportation situation?

  • The Grand Lady will have 50 parking spaces in the main parking lot and 25-50 in the overflow lot. We recommend your guests leverage Uber/Lift or shuttles.

Do you allow pets?

  • Yes! Pets are allowed. There is a $200 charge for pets to allow for additional cleaning.

Where should we stay?

  • Just 5 minutes away from the Grand Lady, we are happy to offer charming and historic farmhouse lodging for guests of The Grand Lady. The space boasts a full standard kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a steam shower. There is also a carriage house on the property complete with full bath and Kitchenette. You can book it directly through airbnb!
  • There are a number of hotels within 15-20 mins of the mansion.

What are the requirements for hosting my wedding at the Grand Lady?

  • Professional wedding planner or coordinator from our pre-approved vendor list.
  • Event insurance
  • Security guards (arranged by The Grand Lady)
  • Licensed, insured and TABC certified bartenders (arranged by The Grand Lady)
  • Licensed and insured, full service caterers

Can I provide my own alcohol?

  • Grand Lady Austin is proud to provide bar service for 100% of event clients. With a wide range of packages and services, we aim to create an effortless client experience built around your budget and favorite beverages. Our in-house beverage partner, Peak Beverage, holds a TABC Mixed Beverage license and provides TABC-certified bartending services along with competitively priced, all-inclusive bar packages exclusive to our venue. Peak is also able to provide custom options based on your specific requests, so feel free to reach out with any requests. All packages include pre-event consultation and planning with your dedicated Client Sales Rep as well as setup, staffing, service, breakdown, and all necessary
    service items - including unlimited alcohol and N/A options!
    • Pricing is based on your guest count, hours of bar service, and any special selections you may like.

Do you have a list of preferred vendors?

  • Yes! We have dozens of fantastic teams on our pre-approved vendor list. They all have a wide range of styles & budgets to help bring your dream event to a reality.

Can I bring in my own vendors?

  • All vendors not on the preferred vendor list must be approved by The Grand Lady.

When can I have my rehearsal?

  • We will try our best to coordinate a rehearsal around scheduled events. You will need to coordinate with the Grand Lady 60 days in advance of your wedding to schedule your rehearsal.

Do you allow sparklers?

  • We just ask that your wedding planner facilitate and have the proper safety precautions in place. No confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, or fireworks.

Am I responsible for clean up?

  • Your caterer or other vendors are responsible for the cleaning checklist at the end of the night. If you do not complete the checklist, a charge will be taken out of your security fee.

Are there any decor restrictions?

  • We want you to customize the space as you’d like. We just ask that no permanent damage is caused to the building. Nails, staples, pushpins, duct tape, confetti, glitter, and glue are not permitted. String and wire are acceptable materials for decorating. The host will be responsible for any damages to the facilities as provided in the agreement.

When can vendors arrive for setup?

  • Vendors can arrive during your rental period and are also responsible for cleanup during the rental period. Any additional time needed will be based on availability and will result in additional charges of $300/hour.

Can we have candles?

  • Absolutely no candles are permitted in the mansion at any time. Candles in the reception hall must be in glass containers.
