How long do we get to use the venue?
We offer couples a full 12+ hour rental. The mansion is a perfect space to get ready before the wedding with the actual celebrations taking place in the courtyards & reception hall.
How many guests does The Grand Lady accommodate?
- The Grand Lady hosts weddings for 4 to 250 people. We have different packages that cater to different-sized weddings. Inquire for more information.
- The Event Hall can hold 200 with a band and 250 with a DJ.
- The Ceremony Lawn can seat 250 guests

The Grand Lady is located at 19704 Hogeye Road, Manor, TX 78653. We are about 20 minutes east from downtown Austin near the Tesla factory.
How do I reserve my date?

Rates range from $6,000 - $11,00 and vary by day of week and season. Inquire with us to see available dates.
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, you must sign our rental agreement and put down a 50% deposit. You can put a soft hold on a date once you’ve toured the property.
What's included in the rate?
Included in your rate is:

How long do we get to use the venue?
We offer couples a full 12+ hour rental.
What is the payment plan?
50% deposit of the rental fee + $1000 alcohol deposit + tax is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% + Tax + alcohol fee + $1000 security fee is due 30 days prior to your event.
What happens if I have to cancel my event due to a natural disaster or some other event?
Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of a natural disaster or federal, state, or local regulations preventing large gatherings due to COVID, we will work with you to reschedule you for an equivalent-priced date.
Do you offer any rentals?
Yes! We are building out our in-house rental catalog that will feature inventory that feels like it belongs at The Grand Lady. There are no delivery fees or drop off/pick up logistics you have to deal with - just tell us what you’d like, and we will have it ready for you!

What are the requirements for hosting my wedding at the Grand Lady?
- A professional wedding planner or coordinator from our pre-approved vendor list.
- Event insurance
- Security guards (arranged by The Grand Lady)
- Licensed, insured and TABC certified bartenders (through The Grand Lady & Lone Star Drafts)
- Licensed and insured, full-service caterers
Can I provide my own alcohol?
The Grand Lady will hold a TABC Wine and Malt beverage license and has partnered with Lone Star Drafts LLC to provide TABC certified bartending services and competitively priced bar packages for our clients. All pricing is all-inclusive - setup, service, breakdown- and all necessary service items. Your individual event pricing is based on guest count, hours of bar service and any special selections you may like. Liquor/Hard Alcohol: The Grand Lady is licensed to distribute beer + wine + champagne, but permitting does not allow sale of hard liquor. Guests may, however, purchase hard liquor at retail cost and provide that to bartending service for service. After consultation, if you are serving any liquor - mixed drinks or signature cocktails - a detailed shopping list and instructions will be provided.
Do you have a list of preferred vendors?
Yes! We have dozens of fantastic teams on our pre-approved vendor list. They all have a wide range of styles & budgets to help bring your dream event to a reality.
Can I bring in my own vendors?
Yes. All vendors not on the preferred vendor list must be approved by The Grand Lady.
When can I have my rehearsal?
We will try our best to coordinate a rehearsal around scheduled events. You will need to coordinate with the Grand Lady 60 days in advance of your wedding to schedule your rehearsal.
Do you allow sparklers & smoke bombs?
Yes. We just ask that your wedding planner facilitate and have the proper safety precautions in place. No confetti, glitter, fireworks, fog machines, or cold spark machines are permitted.
Clean up
Your caterer or other vendors are responsible for the cleaning checklist at the end of the night. If you do not complete the checklist, a charge will be taken out of your security fee.
Are there any decor restrictions?
We want you to customize the space as you’d like. We just ask that no permanent damage is caused to the building. Nails, staples, pushpins, duct tape, confetti, glitter, and glue are not permitted. String and wire are acceptable materials for decorating. The host will be responsible for any damages to the facilities as provided in the agreement.
When can vendors arrive for setup?
Vendors can arrive during your rental period and are also responsible for cleanup during the rental period. Any additional time needed will be based on availability and will result in additional charges of $300/hour.
Can we have candles?
Absolutely no candles are permitted in the mansion at any time. Candles in the reception hall must be in glass containers

Do you have indoor and outdoor options available?
Yes! We have a number of indoor and outdoor venues to choose from. Our Historic mansion pairs perfectly with our reception hall and is one of the newest modern wedding venues in Austin. Our ceremony lawn is perfectly manicured and surrounded by oak trees. We have a few courtyards that are perfect for outdoor cocktail hour. Lastly, our flower farm is tucked in the back and feels like a secret garden, perfect for all your garden wedding venue vibes!
Is there a rain plan?
Yes - we got you covered. We have a retractable rain awning over the courtyard near the reception hall. You can decide whether you want to use it at any point.
Is The Grand Lady ADA Accessible?
Yes, our property and bathrooms are ADA-accessible.

What is the parking and transportation situation?
The Grand Lady will have 50 parking spaces in the main parking lot and 25-50 in the overflow lot. We recommend your guests leverage Uber/Lift or shuttles to minimize drinking and driving.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! Pets are allowed. There is a $200 charge for pets to allow for additional cleaning.
Where should we stay?
- Just 5 minutes away from the Grand Lady, we are happy to offer charming and historic farmhouse lodging for guests of The Grand Lady. The space boasts a full standard kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a steam shower. There is also a carriage house on the property complete with a full bath and Kitchenette. You can book it directly through Airbnb!
- There are a number of hotels within 20 mins of the mansion.
